MAINTAINING A LICENSE AGREEMENT
Any manufacturer that uses the Trademarx Online website for the purpose of obtaining artwork must obtain a license and maintain that license in good standing in order to realize the benefits of this program. Any manufacturer who violates the terms of their Standard License Agreement with the Licensing Resource Group, Inc. and its clients will not be allowed access to the contents of this site.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, icons and images, is the property of the Licensing Resource Group, Inc. Trademarx is a registered tradename of the Licensing Resource Group, Inc. and may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits Trademarx or the Licensing Resource Group, Inc. All other trademarks that appear on this site, including the logos, wordmarks and verbiage of the Licensing Resource Group's clients, or any other reference to companies or products not owned by the Licensing Resource Group are the property of their respective owners.
