How do I download artwork?
To download artwork from the site, you must be:
- An authorized licensee for the school or institution in question.
- Logged in to the system.
A download button is located on each artwork page.
What format are the download files in?
The artwork files on the site are in EPS and TIF format, compressed into download archives. The archives can be opened using Stuffit Expander (Mac or Windows), Winzip (Windows only), or a comparable application. The graphic standards guides are PDFs and can be read using the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe.
I'm using a Macintosh and my files aren't downloading properly. What do I do?
When using Internet Explorer, some Macintosh users will need to save the file with the extension ".zip" added to the file name. When the download prompt appears, select Save File As, change the filename extension to .zip and save the file. The file will be downloaded to your hard drive and can be unzipped using one of the applications mentioned above.
Do I have to be fully licensed with a school in order to download their artwork?
Yes, you need to carry an active license with each school before you will be allowed to download artwork. The system is integrated with LRG's Trademarx licensee database, so only licensed manufacturers can download artwork. If you have questions about licensing or to obtain a license, click here.
